I stay on top of weeds bc I read some can carry the fungus. I removed the old mulch and some of the surrounding soil and replaced it with fresh. I clean my shears (mist w rubbing alcohol and wipe), cut off and immediately dispose of the leaves. The entire leaf would be covered, now 2-3 spots. A few spots show up here and there - 3 weeks later. The fungus has faded from the stems - darkened but still visible. With the combination of Infuse and FungOil a few days apart, the hollyhocks took off and have been blooming beautifully for the last few weeks.
