Our customer service is still slowed down and unfortunately lags behind as we still have had turnover of new staff members coming aboard, then needing training to investigate and respond to customer service inquiries. This has been disappointing and difficult for our production crew. Some supplies come in, then we need to wait for more. We have been experiencing long wait times for delivery of necessary supplies like wood and laminate to be able to catch up on items not in stock. Unfortunately, with Covid we have continued to experience staff changes and production problems over the past months.Īlthough we have been able to fulfill many orders, there still have been orders unfulfilled due to restraints in our shop production.
